My Mother in law had decided she was going to list her home for sale late last summer. We contacted Sue and began the process. My in-laws had lived in the house for 60 years, so of course this was very difficult for my MIL. Sue was absolutely wonderful working with her and explaining the process. She offered suggestions but always gave her the time and grace to make up her own mind about the decisions that had to be made to continue moving forward. Not only had my in laws lived there for 60 years they also had a business that had many large machines there also, so nothing was easy but Sue worked continuously to help the process. Unfortunately, in September my MIL passed away and that presented many new issues and now Sue was working with my husband and myself. Again, Sue covered every detail and made excellent suggestions in how to move forward. Sue is always professional, detail oriented and available to answer any and all questions. She helped us with the new organizational challenges including cleaning out the house, the shop, the estate sale and getting the house listed. The house sold within 5 days. We were very pleased with Sue and would recommend her services to anyone. She is dedicated to the families she is working with and always handles everything in a professional manner.
